The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo will feature the new International Showcase at the 2016 event, which will be anchored by the new Pavilions -- Sabor Latino and Japan Pavilion.  

The new International Showcase will allow restaurant and foodservice operators to stay on top of the growing demand and interest in international and ethnic ingredients, products and menu offerings.  

Sabor Latino will focus on Hispanic and Latin American products for the restaurant and foodservice market, specifically new and traditional, authentic ingredients, flavors, products, prepared foods and private label products.  

The Japan Pavilion will allow operators to discover the power of umami, the hidden "fifth flavor".
