ServSafe® Certified Professional Food Managers Course and Exam

Get ServSafe® certified at the FRL Show! The Certified Professional Food Managers (CPFM) exam is required by Florida Law (F.S. 509.039). This law requires that "all managers employed by a food service establishment pass an approved test and receive their certificate within 30 days of employment." You must also renew your ServSafe® Food Manager Certification every five years. Advance Registration Fee (prior to September 1) includes review class, manager review study guide and examination and is $130 for FRLA members and $150 for non-members. Onsite registration is $175 for all attendees. The FRLA is proud to present the annual FRLA Show's Big Party in conjunction with Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Pointe Orlando. Passing through the doors of Cuba Libre transports guests to an old courtyard and the sounds of Old Havana Nights. This year we're having a black and white themed party- wear either color as you and enjoy the sights and sounds as we go back in time to Old Havana.
Situated on two floors, FRLA guests will be entertained throughout the evening with professional salsa dancers, live guitar players, Orlando's hottest Latin DJ, and even a cigar roller on the patio under the stars. Beverages will include a taste of Havana, complete with rum pairings and frozen daiquiris sure to cool off any guest on this hot September evening. Cuba Libre's world famous chefs will indulge FRLA guests with fifteen tastes of Cuba, as FRLA is taken on a tour of the forbidden island.
