Thank you for participating in the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show! Now it’s time to start planning for the show. Here are helpful guides to ensure you have a successful show.


1. Update Your Exhibitor Listing

Use the Exhibitor Dashboard to update your company listing that appears in the online and printed show directory.

My Show Planner is an attendee's #1 resource for looking up exhibitors. The online exhibitor directory is the first place the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show attendees and media go to learn more about your company. Be sure to update and list the following in your company listing: company name, description, product listings, booth number, address, phone number, fax number, Web site URL, press releases, and public relations contact. You can also submit Show Specials, upload press releases, and connect with leads through your exhibitor dashboard.

2. Online Exhibitor Manual

To make your participation in the 2013 show go smoothly, we have prepared an Online Exhibitor Manual with all the information and services available to you at the event. Included in the manual is the Exhibitor Action Checklist which will give you information on important vendor deadlines and forms so you can stay ahead of the game as you prepare for the show. Check back soon for the 2013 Exhibitor Manual.

3. Exhibitor Badges

Each individual from your company attending the show is required to have an Exhibitor Badge to access the exhibit floor. Each exhibiting company will receive an allotment of badges based on booth size.

You can register for your exhibitor badges by logging in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and clicking on the 'REGISTER FOR EXHIBTOR BADGES' button. Check back soon for the 2013 Exhibitor Registration to go live.

4. Exhibitions Made Easy

The exhibiting process can be complicated, especially the first time. That’s why our parent company, Reed Exhibitions, put together this video series- to help you prepare properly, and to help you get the most from your investment. Each video covers a different aspect of the exhibiting experience- from pre-show planning, the at-show experience and even tips for good follow-up after the event is over. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact an Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo salesperson ASAP.
