- Completed Application & License Agreement for Exhibition Participation
- Access to a computer and internet connection
- Access to a separate phone line (preferably a land line)
- Access to a fax machine
- Credit card available for booth deposit

Instructions
1) Check your Space Selection packet to find our when your scheduled appointment time is.
2) Ten minutes before, click on "2012 Floor Plan”. Please allow a couple of minutes for the floor plan to upload.
3) Once the floor plan is uploaded please call in to (203) 840-5850. You will select space with the help of a Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show team member.
4) Follow the Deposit Payment Procedures
5) Fax in your signed application and deposit receipt to (203) 840-9315 upon making your selection.
Please note: If contract and deposit receipt are not received within thirty minutes after your selection is made, the space will be forfeited.
If you do not have internet access or have complications viewing the floor plan, we will make arrangements to fax you portions of the floor plan. Please contact Glenn Celentano at (203) 840-5315 or your booth space representative prior to August 15, 2011.
