How do I register to attend the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show?

Registration for 2013 will open in late Spring 2013.

What are the Show Hours?

Sunday, September 22, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday, September 23, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday, September 24, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

What is the price to attend the Show?

Show registration includes access to the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show and the Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum education program. Early bird registration of $25; Advance registration of $45; and the Regular registration rate of $65. Check back in late Spring 2013 for registration to open.

When will I receive my attendee badge?

Badges will NOT be mailed and must be picked up on-site at the Show. Please bring your confirmation email with barcode to any Express Registration Counter on-site at the Show and your badge will easily be printed for you.

How can I make the most of my time at the Show?

Now planning for the show is easier than ever. Our free, online My Show Planner tool lets you easily search for exhibitors, products and conference sessions, create a personalized list of your favorites and even print a map showing the booth location of each of your exhibitors so you can easily navigate the Show floor.

How do I make travel arrangements?

Please note: onPeak is the only official housing company associated with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show 2013. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

How do I request an official letter of invitation for visa purposes?

International participants at the Show may need an official invitation in order to process your visa. Please complete the online visa invitation letter request form.

Can I bring my family to the show?

The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show is FOR THE TRADE ONLY. No one under 18 will be admitted at any time, including infants. Proof of age and involvement in the food service, restaurant or hospitality industries is required. Use of wheeled carts or wheeled bags is not allowed on the exhibit floor.

What is the Show Cancellation Policy?

No refunds will be given for any cancelled or no-show registrations; there are no exceptions to this policy.
