ServSafe Food Protection Manager's Review Class and Examination

Achieve mandatory food safety compliance by certifying your Food and Beverage Managers during the 2017 FR&L Show! The Certified Professional Food Managers (CPFM) exam is required by Florida Law (F.S. 509.039). This law requires that "all managers employed by a food service establishment pass an approved test and receive their certificate within 30 days of employment.” You must also renew your ServSafe® Food Manager Certification every five years. Advance Registration is required and includes review class, manager review study guide and examination and is $130 for FRLA members and $150 for non-members. Deadline for advance registration is September 1, 2017.
