    Do you offer the best Key Lime recipe? Put your food to the test at the upcoming Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show for the chance to win $1,000! 

Florida's National Pie is Key Lime Pie!  We are calling all Chefs to submit your best Key Lime recipe and a short video on why you should be crowned the Rapid Fire Champion (details below)! From the submissions, 3 chefs will be chosen to face-off live in our Center Stage Theater (where the likes of Emeril Lagasse, the Too Hot Tamales, Thomas Keller, Guy Fieri and more have taken the stage) and put their Key Lime recipe to the test by demonstrating their recipe and providing tastes for the audience and three esteemed judges. The recipe can be anything you want as long as key lime is the featured ingredient! Time to bring on the creativity! 

Don't miss this exciting competition and help crown the champion! The audience will sample the dishes and based on audience cheer voting the winner will be announced!

Personal Chef Eileen J. Morris is a native of New Jersey who has called Tampa Bay her home for the past 34 years. Her love of cooking began at the early age of seven so, it was only natural that she would enjoy sharing good food with her family and friends over the years. Since opening her personal chef business in 1995, Chef Eileen has studied culinary arts around the world including Johnson and  Wales College of Culinary Art and the Culinary Institutes of America in Singapore and Napa Valley, California. Chef Eileen is passionate about all foods, from vegan to game meats, from organics to decadents, and from Parisian to down-home country cooking. She offers weekly meal deliveries for busy families, professionals, athletes and shut-ins. Each meal emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients and is customized to meet your specific needs, taste, schedule, and budget. In addition to meal preparation and delivery throughout the greater Tampa Bay area, Chef Eileen also offers beginners cooking classes, catering, and services as a private chef for special occasions.   

As executive chef for Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, Salvador Soberanis oversees all culinary operations for the resort, under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, Andres Teran. Soberanis started at the resort in May 2015 as part of its pre-opening team and supported menu development for new Margaritaville concepts at the resort, including JWB Prime Steak and Seafood. Prior to joining the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort team, Soberanis held culinary positions at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort; Sonesta Coconut Grove Miami; The Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C.; and The Grand America Hotel and Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City.
