Our vendors will have food & beverage products, equipment, services, distributors, technology, and more.


WHO IS EXHIBITING?

The exhibits will feature hundreds of vendors showcasing front and back-of-house products, equipment, services and technology. 


WHAT SPECIAL EVENTS / FEATURES TAKE PLACE DURING THE SHOW?

There are many special events and features at the show, including over 40 education sessions as part of the Education Program, The Torch Award and Beacon Award Presentations, culinary demonstrations at Center Stage, the Product Showcase, and several Specialty Pavilions.


HOW CAN I BOOK MY HOTEL?

Please note: Caribe Royale is the ONLY official housing company associated with Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show 2022. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show, and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

The best airport to fly to is the Orlando International Airport.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS TO ATTEND?

This is an industry trade event open to all restaurant & food service professionals; it is not open to the general public. Please provide information about your position within the industry when registering.

 


WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ATTENDEE BADGE?

Your badge includes access to the exhibit show floor, conference meetings, and education summits.


ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Children, including infants, are not allowed on the show floor at any time. Attendees must be 18 years of age or over to attend.


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

No refunds will be given for any canceled or no-show registrations; this policy has no exceptions.


WHAT IS THE STUDENT ADMISSION POLICY?

 

The Show Student Admission Policy is as follows and will be strictly enforced: 

We will be happy to welcome culinary arts instructors onto the show floor as our guests. No show visitors will be permitted onto the show floor who are under the age of 18, including students. Post-secondary/Culinary School students will be permitted to attend (if over the age of 18) in a group of 5, and must be accompanied by a faculty member, and will join us at a student rate of $30 per person. Student/chaperone registration lists and payment information may be submitted to Brittany Gordon at brittany.gordon@clarionevents.com. Please note that if our maximum student allotment exceeds, student registration will be closed. 


IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT POLICY?

No, there is not a group discount policy.


DO YOU MAIL THE BADGES?

No, you will receive an email confirmation that you can print and bring to the show after registering. At the show, scanning the barcode on that email will print your badge.
