Exhibits

Booth Space Only

Booth Space Only booth participation includes:

  • Company listing (with short profile description) & Product Categories, appearing on the online floorplan, exhibitor listing area, and mobile app
  • Option to include company listing in 5 Star Buyer networking portal (must opt-in)
  • 6 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • 3ft. side drapes (except adjacent to the aisle), 8 ft. high back wall drape (inline spaces only)

NEW Center Stage Activations for 2023!

The Center Stage Experience  – Demonstrate your product/solution's real use-case in our event's largest feature!​

  • Kitchen, Design, & Pantry Headline Sponsors​ - $5,000 + production costs​

  • Center Stage Display Space Sponsor​ - $5,000 + production costs​

  • Product Activation Sponsor​ - $5,000 + production costs​

  • 1st Taste of the Show – attendees sample your product first!  While waiting in line for their badge. ​​
    - 1 Day - $2,000 (4-hour time slot)
    - All 3 Days - $5,000 (4-hour time slot/per day)

Pantry Headline Sponsorship

This 70x60 foot area features our NEW Center Stage Experience, where we’ll be hosting chef and bartender competitions and culinary demos, and a VIP area for our 5-star key buyer group.  

This feature will be marketed heavily to our audience as a place where they can come and truly immerse themselves in culinary experiences that both thrill and educate… have your provided food products used in the culinary arts at Center Stage where we build an amazing event experience that enables the audience to see, touch, smell, and taste the flavors that our sponsors bring to the proverbial “table”! 

  • Recognized as one of two major headline sponsors of the event as a whole, and of its main feature – The Center Stage Experience (headliner branding in these deliverables is all positioned side-by-side with the kitchen sponsor)  

  • Brought in under “partner status” to our content planning committee where your company can contribute and help shape the specific content taking place on our center stage across all three days of the event 

  • An exclusively client-produced session (can be a demonstration, chef competition, or otherwise) on the center stage – ability to contribute more where it makes sense within the structure of the production as determined by the content committee 

  • A spot for your chef or representative in our culinary demonstrations or competitions

  • Food products provided by sponsor are utilized by Center Stage chefs

  • Emcee callouts and mentions of sponsor brand and products throughout Center Stage events

  • Logo and mention included on marketing deployments promoting this area as well as on static website pages where this is highlighted  

$10,000 sponsor fee + production costs including (but not limited to) providing food products for demonstrations & receiving, storage & handling of products used in demos 

Product Activation Sponsor

Demonstrate the functionality of your product or solution within our Center Stage Experience and show the audience the real use-case!

A great example of a product activation sponsor would be a furniture company outfitting the audience seating with their products, or a disposable wares company serving the samples out of their packaging product. 

*Opportunities are limited and all accepted products and solutions into this feature must be non-competing.

$5,000 + production costs including (but not limited to) material handling, shipping, and labor

  • Branding at Content Sessions taking place at our NEW How-to Stage and NEW Business Solution Theater (FRLS Team curated content)​ - $4,500

  • Produce your own session within expertly-curated content tracks at FRLS How-to and Business Solutions Theaters​ - $7,500 (Limited to 4 sessions) 

    • 45-min total allotment time - session details must be approved by the content director, those bringing a customer or hosting a panel are given priority
    • Logo on session listing on website and mobile app
    • Option to have a short soundless video, or logo-holding slide, play on stage TVs during downtime between sessions (produced by exhibitor .mp4 file type)
    • Option to place handout collateral on seats prior to the session
