Why A.I. ordering is not Easy

Discussion of how PizzaCloud tried every A.I. ordering platform available before deciding to work with Voicify and build our own platform.  True "conversational" A.I. is difficult, and honestly, most of the people working to develop A.I. ordering have never SEEN a POS system or listened to someone take an order over the phone.  They just have no idea how the real world functions"
