Safety Promise

We are so excited to be hosting the upcoming Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show and seeing all of you!  We know that you are ready to get back to business. We all recognize, ever more so, the importance of meeting face to face and seeing friends, colleagues, customers, partners and products in person. Networking and learning is more fun in person.  It is because of this that we are working tirelessly to organize and deliver an event that will deliver the value that you need. Safety remains at the center of our efforts and is our commitment to you.

As we get closer to the Shows, we will continue to provide everyone with more information about the event and our safety protocols. Our decisions will be based upon the situation and guidance leading up to the time of the event. As the pandemic continues to evolve, so will we.  As there is likely to be more media attention in the coming weeks, it is important to us that we communicate directly with you.

First, the safety of our show visitors has always and will continue to be our top priority. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and are in regular contact with the venue hosting our event. We will continue to make decisions based on science and guidelines of state and local officials, who are on the ground, dealing firsthand with their pandemic response. You can also view our current safety initiatives below.

Second, we are confident that folks are ready to be back in person. Our attending and exhibiting customers consistently share with us that they are ready to be back to business and to meet face-to-face to support their healthy business growth. Recently hosted events have had great customer feedback and the tradeshow industry has demonstrated time and time again that shows can be hosted safely and provide real value even in this environment.

Lastly, we share the view of customers who are confident that coming together in person is the best way to see new products and innovation, learn from experts and network with peers. We are looking forward to hosting a great Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show. We have put together a fantastic program to help provide the resources and solutions needed as businesses change, and help make connections for new partnerships and relationships.
We are going to have a fantastic 2022 Event and we can’t wait to see you all in-person!

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us at any time.
