Florida Restaurant Show Bartending & Culinary Competitions

Battle of the Modern Bartender Competition comes to life at the Florida Restaurant Show. Our creative bartender contestants battle it out to see who has the best whiskey cocktail.

Bartenders compete live at the NEW Culinary Innovation Theatre for a chance to win a trip of a lifetime. This year's competition is sponsored by Savage & Cooke Distillery with the bartenders using Cask Finished Rye Whiskey.

Chosen finalists will battle in this fun and exciting competition at the Culinary Innovation Theatre for the chance to win bragging rights, and a commemorative glass plaque!

This year's Rapid Fire Challenge theme is HOT SANDWICH & A SIDE. Chefs are invited to prepare their favorite dishes 'between the bread' plus a side dish. The demonstration should focus on taste, presentation, cooking within a time limit and creativity.

Chefs are encouraged to bring their creativity and ingredients and be ready for their shining moment. The winner will be crowned the Florida Restaurant Show's Rapid Fire Champion, receive $1,000, bragging rights and gain exposure.
